Subscribers
We store your email, plan, chosen states and categories, delivery logs, and Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card details never touch our servers; Stripe holds them. We use your details to deliver the feed, bill you and answer support. We do not sell subscriber data or share it beyond Stripe (billing), our email delivery provider, and our hosting. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe; transactional mail (your account link, receipts) is sent as needed. Delete your account by emailing main@station.solutions; we remove your record within 10 business days and keep only what tax law requires.
Visitors
No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts. Server logs (IP, page, time) are kept for 30 days for abuse prevention. The site uses no cookies unless you sign in, and then only a functional one.
Businesses in the data
The venue records we publish are public government records: licence and permit filings made by businesses. We reproduce them, classify them, and for subscribers add publicly listed phone numbers, websites and map coordinates from public sources. Some of those filings are made by a person rather than a company — a sole proprietor or a named licensee — so a record can contain an individual’s name alongside the business address they filed. We publish it only as the agency published it, we add no personal detail of our own, and we never attempt to identify or profile the individual behind a filing. We hold no home address, no personal email, no date of birth and no identification number.
Opt out. If you own a business in the data and want the enrichment (phone, email, website) removed from your record, or want the record hidden from the public site, email main@station.solutions with the venue name and address. We act within 10 business days. California residents: this is also your Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information request, and it covers a named individual on a filing as much as a company. We honour it without verification beyond confirming that the filing is yours, and we do not discriminate against anyone who asks.
Vendors we contact
Occasionally we email a business that sells to new venues, once, at its published business address, to show a sample of the feed. Those emails are marked as advertisements, carry our postal address and an unsubscribe link, and a suppression list guarantees a second email is never sent after opt-out.
